Our client, a prominent multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their Central London office, driven by growth and a robust pipeline of projects. The position provides flexibility, with a blend of office-based and remote working. Site visits will be required as necessary, scheduled in accordance with project needs and your diary.

Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on experience)

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview
  • Contribute to the growth and enhancement of building surveying services.
  • Coordinate and supervise multiple ongoing projects at various stages of progress.
  • Carry out due diligence and prepare technical reports for a range of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and deliver effective on-site project management.
  • Take charge of project management and contract administration, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements
  • Currently completing APC diary or MRICS qualified.
  • Prior experience in building surveying, project management, and contract administration.
  • Proficient in technical reporting and conducting due diligence.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project locations as required.
  • Full driving license.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, MS Project, SharePoint, and app-based software.
