Role and responsibilities
The chosen Senior Building Surveyor will deliver a range of services, both professional and project, with a focus on delivering dilapidations, to clients in the education, commercial, residential, hotel and many more sectors.
As a Senior Building Surveyor in the London team, you'll work closely with APC level Surveyors, supporting their learning and progression, whilst driving forward business and building on client relationships.
Person specification
This role will suit a Senior Building Surveyor who has an interest or experience in delivering dilapidations and is happy to fill a role that is focused on this type of work.
- MRICS qualified (Ideally)
- RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
- A consultancy background is essential
- Experience in delivering professional instructions - Specifically dilapidations
- Commercial awareness and client facing ability
