We have an opporutntiy with a national consultancy who due to massive growth are looking to add an additional Chartered Building Surveyor to their team in London. London is expected to be their biggest area of growth, so a really good time to be joining the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial sector, and experienced in conducting TDD Surveys, Dilapidation's, Project Management & contract administration as well as responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships.
