My client are an established, traditional, Chartered Surveying practice, based in London, boasting a strong pipeline of work in the public sector field, who are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

This opportunity offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor true autonomy within a collaborative team, who's success relies on their peers.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will deliver a range of services to social housing and public sector clients, from damp & mould inspections, party wall matters, to contract administration and project management works.

As the chosen Senior Building Surveyor you'll develop existing clients, whilst driving new business and working closely with the team.

Person specification

This role will suit a chartered or non-chartered Senior Building Surveyor, who has relevant experience within similar sectors, who can hit the ground running on projects.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A construction focused background within a private practice environment
  • Commericially-minded and strong client management skills
