The Senior Building Surveyor's RoleThis opportunity is perfect for a Senior Building Surveyor looking to take ownership of their work while contributing to a team-oriented environment. You will work with social housing and public sector clients, providing a range of services, including damp and mould inspections, party wall matters, contract administration, and project management.
As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will also play a key role in nurturing existing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with your team.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering surveying services to social housing and public sector clients.
- Managing contract administration and project works.
- Conducting party wall matters and damp and mould inspections.
- Developing existing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- MRICS qualified (preferred but not essential).
- RICS-accredited degree (essential).
- Proven experience in construction within a private practice environment.
- Commercially minded with strong client management skills.
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running on projects.
- £55,000 - £65,000
