With their projects ranging from a full structural renovation, full basement construction or single room refurbishments. As well as offering both full maintenance and aftercare services they have a strong client first approach. As a result, they are looking to add their dynamic and talented workforce with exciting opportunity.In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities where you will be responsible for leading the preparation of bids, proposals and tenders and ensuring all documentation and approvals are obtained and submitted on time. As well as that you will also be responsible for managing and cost planning projects where you will present final accounts and ensure projects remain within budget. You will also be collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders throughout projects and help solve any problems as they arise. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will also be responsible leading a team of estimators where you will foster a collaborative and productive environment and ensure a high level of work.Therefore, the ideal candidate will ne an experienced Senior Estimator who has previously worked on super-prime residential projects and has experience using the Bluebeam to be able to hit the ground running and produce high quality tenders.This is an exciting opportunity to join an established to join an established and growing construction company where you will be exposed to a range of high projects for a diverse range of clientele, all whilst having the opportunity to further progress your career both professionally and technically.The Role:
