Our team is rapidly expanding, and we are on the lookout for a driven Senior Fire Engineer to lead exciting projects both in the UK and internationally.

About the Role

As a Senior Fire Engineer, you'll become an integral part of a collaborative team of 15 Fire Engineers, ranging from graduates to chartered professionals. You will spearhead Fire Engineering projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, rail, and retail.

Your responsibilities will include developing fire strategies, fire statements, and conducting external wall surveys and fire risk assessments. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in CFD modelling. The role offers the chance to lead a small team and collaborate with multiple disciplines to provide Fire Engineering design support throughout all stages of RIBA.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Fire Engineering field
  • Membership of the Institute of Fire Engineers
  • BEng or CEng in Fire Engineering or relevant experience in Fire Engineering
  • Proven client engagement experience
  • Familiarity with EWS-1 and PAS 9980
  • Willingness to visit project/construction sites to advise on design installation
