Senior Fire Project Engineer

A leading fire and security solutions provider is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Project Engineer to join their team in London. This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer with a strong background in fire alarm systems, looking to take the next step in their career by leading projects and ensuring successful system installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and project management of fire alarm systems.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers on-site.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Complete all relevant documentation, reports, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with BS 5839 and other relevant fire safety regulations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in fire alarm system installation, commissioning, and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
- Experience working with manufacturers such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Hochiki, Apollo, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team of engineers.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSCS/ECS card and ability to pass a DBS check.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- FIA qualifications or industry-recognised fire safety certifications.
- Knowledge of emergency lighting, suppression systems, or security integration.
- Experience working in commercial, residential, and industrial environments.
