Damp & Mould Maintenance Operatives
- Locations: North London
- FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE required as Van and Fuel card provided
- £23.28 per hour via Umbrella or CIS
- 40 hours per week - long term ongoing roles
- Social Housing Maintenance & Repairs
We are currently looking to recruit for Damp and Mould operatives with experience working on social housing properties.
Job Description
- You will be responsible for carrying out damp & mould treatment in social housing properties
- You will also be required to complete associated repairs and basic maintenance
The Successful Applicant will have:
- Previous experience working in a general maintenance/labouring role
- Experience undertaking mould washing
- You must have a valid driving license
- Good levels of customer service as work will be completed in occupied properties
- A basic DBS check will be conducted - clean criminal record required.
