Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of general repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and glazing
- Work independently while maintaining strong teamwork
- Travel within the Ealing/Kent area, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout
Role Criteria:
- Extensive experience in multiple trades (Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Glazing)
- Full UK Driving License
- Own tools required
- Happy with travel
- Strong teamwork and self-initiative skills
- Excellent communication and IT skills (for PDA use)
