My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Strategic OD Partner on a Permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, evaluating, and refining the Organisational Development strategy.
What's on offer:
- Salary: 52,000 - 57,000
*based on experience
- Hybrid working
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships within the function, while developing a shared understanding of potential long-term developments.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within their area of work, managing changes to consistently deliver the highest service quality.
- Promoting the effective use of digital technologies and innovation both within the council and with external stakeholders and partners.
- Partnering with Executive Directors and leadership teams to develop forward-thinking people strategies that align with and support the delivery of functional business plans.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience of developing capability, mitigating risks, and delivering results.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the critical factors in planning change.
- Local Authority experience is essential
