The JobAs the Account Director, you'll spearhead strategy, deliver innovative campaigns, provide excellent customer service across multiple accounts, foster strong relationships, and collaborate proactively with channel operations teams, embodying kindness, integrity, and respect in your work.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead client accounts, managing relationships, adhering to budgets, and fostering expansion opportunities.
- Establish trust, expand networks, and nurture collaborative partnerships within client organizations.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, providing strategic insights, and design innovative paid campaigns across platforms, while managing operational teams to align with client goals, enhance processes, and identify growth opportunities through innovation and industry best practices.
YouFor the role of the Account Director, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Possess a performance marketing background with hands-on campaign activation experience.
- Bring 4+ years of paid advertising expertise, preferably from agency settings.
- Demonstrate a successful track record in managing social, programmatic, and search campaigns.
- Showcase the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Exhibit proficiency in analytics, ad platform certifications, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
