Client Development Coordinator (FTC)

You'll support the Director of Client Development on a variety of marketing and business development projects, gaining a deep understanding of market trends, departmental goals, and firm-wide priorities to effectively contribute to impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Management: Plan and execute virtual, live, and hybrid events, including seminars, client receptions, and webinars. Handle all event logistics from invitations to on-site management.
  • InterAction Expertise: Act as the London office expert, coaching staff, maintaining partner contacts, and generating bespoke reports.
  • Digital Coordination: Ensure London practice content is up-to-date on the firm's website and intranet. Create and distribute digital communications using the Vuture platform.
  • Information Management: Maintain and update key information sources for the client development team.
  • Pitch Support: Assist in preparing pitch materials for London practices and the US arbitration team.
  • Editorial Support: Edit, draft, and proof-read client development materials, including directory submissions and client alerts.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including invoice processing and document formatting.
  • Promotional Products: Manage sourcing, stock control, and timely orders of promotional items.
  • Special Programmes: Coordinate the London office's Scholar-in-Residence programme, including biographies and announcements.
Ideal Experience:
  • Solid experience in a legal or professional services marketing environment, with proven event management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with InterAction and Vuture (or similar CRM/event management platforms) is beneficial. Training is available.
