I'm seeking a Client Partner (Amazon) to deliver outstanding client service and strategic guidance. You'll build strong relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and create innovative solutions that meet clients' business goals while managing a team of Directors, Managers, and Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant on digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide educational support and workshops for client stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of client strategies that push the boundaries of innovation.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide expertise in new products and technology applications.
  • Utilise data-driven insights across various digital channels.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and health scores.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on new business pitches.
  • Inspire and support your team with training and development initiatives.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years in the media industry, with a focus on digital media or consultancy.
  • Proficient in Amazon DSP and/or Sponsored Ads.
  • Proven track record in managing substantial client accounts.
  • Commercially minded, with a strong track record of contributing to new business pitches and growth of existing business.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in business growth.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • A passion for digital media, advertising, and technology.
