London, Hybrid and Flexible working - up to £40,000 per annum
We’re currently working with a high-profile, international insight consultancy to recruit a Client Relationship Coordinator to join their commercial team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone highly organised, analytically minded, and confident using Hubspot CRM to support business development strategy behind the scenes. This is not a cold-calling or sales-heavy role — rather, it’s about enabling and accelerating growth by keeping business development processes running like clockwork.
In this role, you will take ownership of outbound prospect engagement, using HubSpot workflows to drive meeting bookings for the commercial team. You'll follow up with warm leads and proactively re-engage them. In addition, you’ll identify and connect with new prospects through LinkedIn and other channels, ensuring a steady flow of new business conversations. Part of your remit will be to monitor and analyse which outreach strategies and messages generate the best response, helping to optimise campaign effectiveness. Supporting the client strategy team, you'll research potential clients and key decision-makers to provide useful context and intelligence ahead of meetings. You’ll also be responsible for preparing bespoke pitch materials, including tailored case studies and visually compelling PowerPoint decks.
You will also manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring all lead information is accurate and up to date, meetings are properly logged, and leads are categorised correctly in the pipeline. A key part of the role involves developing and refining reporting dashboards that evaluate the effectiveness of business development activity, helping the team to identify what’s working and where efforts can be improved.Skills needed:
-
Proven experience using HubSpot—especially workflows, lead management, and reporting tools.
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
-
Strong written communication skills and ability to liaise across teams.
-
Confident creating and editing client-facing content, particularly in PowerPoint.
