My client is a niche and growing consumer promotions company. Their client base is extensive and due to continued growth, they are seeking a client focused Client Relationship Executive to complement their busy team.

As they are so busy they are now developing a US division, and this is where your role will be positioned. As this is a US role hour will be 10am- 6.30pm Monday to Friday- any additional hours will be paid as time in lieu This is a role that will require exceptional eye for detail, sales focused approach (no cold calling) coupled with a systematic and thorough approach to client account management. As well this you will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and quite often have to manage client requests for projects at last minute!! The ideal candidate will have worked with major brands and come from a Media agency/consultative sales background. Although US experience is helpful it’s not essential as full training will be given on US laws and regulations.   • Maintain and grow relationships with top international brands
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 60 clients to meet gross margin targets
  • To become a trusted advisor to your- briefing and meeting with them
  • Maximising the revenue potential of these accounts through regular contact
  • Using strong consultative selling skills to add value to their proposition- upsell and x sell additional services
  • Taking full ownership of client briefs and pulling in support from other departments such as Legal and marketing
  • Drafting all pricing and managing project briefs

Essential skills

  • MUST have experience of consultative sales and selling a service rather than a product
  • FIRST class client management skills coupled with a solution orientated mind set
  • Inquisitive- not afraid to ask questions and find solutions
  • Commercially astute – able to work with numbers and project plans
  • Sales mindset- someone who can spot opportunities and not be afraid to go after them!
  • Brilliant verbal and written skills
  • Passionate about quality and have a high attention to detail
