Client Relationship Manager- DC/Pension Focus
I am working with a leading financial services company, looking for a Client Manager to build and manage relationships with their clients. This role is key to providing great service and working with important third-party partners.
Responsibilities:
You will be the main contact for Defined Contribution clients, helping them with their needs and ensuring they receive excellent service. You will identify what clients need, assist with member communication, and help with sales by joining proposals and meetings. Staying updated on regulations and helping new clients get started will also be part of your job.
Staying updated on changes in regulations that affect client services is important, and you will work with the team to manage these changes effectively. Additionally, you will help new clients get started smoothly, ensuring they understand their services.
Qualifications:
The right candidate will have experience working with clients, knowledge of Defined Contribution products, and strong communication skills. Experience in the DC pensions field is a great plus.
