About the Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and understanding their unique business challenges. Your goal will be to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling innovative tech-driven CX solutions and BPO services, driving revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-suite stakeholders.
Develop strategic account plans to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Track account performance, revenue metrics, and client satisfaction levels.
Stay updated on market trends and share insights with internal teams to refine offerings.
About You
5+ years of experience in account or client relationship management within BPO or CX technology sectors.
Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts and meet sales targets.
Strong understanding of CX solutions and their application in contact centres.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and account management software.
