CLIENT RESEARCH MANAGER

UP TO £50,000

THE COMPANY

This well-known research and insights consultancy works with some major brands and is looking to expand its London office.

THE ROLE

This Quantitative Research Manager will lead brand-focused research initiatives. This role is divided into three key areas:

  1. Client Management & Presentation - Build and maintain client relationships, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance brand positioning.
  2. Hands-On Research - Design and execute surveys, questionnaires, and long-term brand tracking studies to assess brand health, equity, and segmentation.
  3. Team Leadership & Coaching - Mentor and develop a growing team (currently one direct report, expanding to two), fostering a collaborative and high-performing research environment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in brand tracking, brand health, and segmentation, with experience in delivering insights that drive brand innovation, campaign effectiveness, and market leadership. A passion for improving brand performance and a track record of mentoring are essential.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Brand tracking, brand health and segmentation background
  • Consulting or Agency experience
  • Exposure to a range of clients and sectors
  • Quantitative research is a minimum requirement
