Our client, a leading Information Technology company, is seeking a talented and motivated Client Service Executive to join their team.

As a Client Service Executive, you will be an integral part of a support team, reporting directly to the Support Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails from users, providing timely responses across multiple platforms. You will also create and maintain administration documents for the support team. Do not worry if you are new to the role - on-the-job training and online/offline resources will be provided to support your development.

Duties:

  • Liaise with internal and external teams to carry out daily tasks.
  • Answer internal and external queries regarding multiple platforms.
  • Test and troubleshoot user-raised issues, communicating these to internal teams.
  • Assist with onboarding and rollouts.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding tickets, providing updates to the team when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the second-line support team on outstanding tickets.
  • Assist in communicating technical updates to key contacts across the market.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Friendly and helpful "customer service" attitude.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to provide out-of-hours support.
  • Self-driven individual who can work independently and prioritise tasks.
