We're looking for a driven and ambitious Consultant with experience in sectors like FMCG/CPG, B2B, or Automotive to join our Business Consultancy team in London. You'll partner with top-tier clients (e.g., Coca-Cola, Ford, Nestlé), leveraging your eCommerce, digital and business expertise to deliver diverse projects across a range of digital channels (DTC, Social, Marketplaces, Retail).

Other core elements of this role will be:

  • Collaborating with talented colleagues: You'll team up with experts across different disciplines to develop creative and effective solutions for our clients.
  • Tackling exciting digital challenges: You're passionate about the ever-evolving world of digital and eager to help our clients navigate its complexities.
  • Building strong client relationships:You'll be a trusted advisor, actively listening to client needs and proactively identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively: You'll excel at interpreting unstructured briefs, breaking down complex problems and communicating solutions in a clear and concise way, even in ambiguous situations.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Client Focus: Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and identify opportunities to deliver value. You'll be the bridge between the client and our team's expertise.
  • Strategic Thinking: Provide strategic guidance, conduct business analysis, and develop compelling proposals and roadmaps. You'll bring clarity to ambiguous situations and solve complex challenges.
  • Digital Expertise: Leverage your understanding of Commerce landscape and digital ecosystems to craft innovative solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the development of our internal methodologies and services.
  • Proactive Engagement: Be open to learning about clients and their challenges, anticipating their needs and offering proactive solutions, you'll add significant value to their business and build lasting partnerships.

You will have a client-side or consultancy background with experience in a minimum of 1-2 sectors (ideal sectors include retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, automotive).
