CRM Senior Account Manager

£42,000 per annum

3 month fixed term contract

My client is a leading network agency looking for a CRM Senior Account Manager to work on one of their leading finance clients

The Role

  • Gain a deep understanding of the client's business and communication strategies to challenge briefs and improve our work quality.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues on resource planning, ensuring project capacity and assisting with task prioritization.
  • Manage campaign processes, including timeline creation, brief development, media collaboration, creative reviews, approvals, and production management.
  • Handle production budgets, final asset delivery, third-party coordination, and publish assets to NatWest's system for future use.
  • Focus primarily on digital channels with expertise in Email CRM, social media (paid and organic), and digital display.

You

  • Email CRM Expertise: Proven track record in developing and executing email CRM strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and automation, with proficiency in tools like Stensul and PEGA.
  • Data-Driven & Agile: Strong understanding of data segmentation, trigger-led campaigns, Agile methodologies, and experience in financial services.
  • Communication & Leadership: Confident in client handling, influencing senior stakeholders, and having difficult conversations; strong verbal and written skills.
  • Problem-Solving & Ownership: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager for ownership with a desire to drive results and champion creative solutions.
  • Team-Oriented & Detail-Focused: Passionate about guiding teams, building relationships, and ensuring high-quality, precise content in line with business outcomes.
