I am sourcing a Customer Service Manager on behalf of a Financial Services Institution. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of CSM experience ideally within Financial Services, along with some previous Sales / Business Development experience.
This role is a hybrid role based from the London HQ with the main focus being to develop and structure the customer services operations. You will support the Partners and Directors in developing regional business, pursuing opportunities both locally and across the US and Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer service team, ensuring exceptional client support.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
- Assisting the development of regional business opportunities for the partners.
- Manage and coordinate customer service agents globally to ensure 24/7 operations.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities internationally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with a minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a bonus!
- Experience within Financial Services
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
