As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing their customer relationships. You will be responsible for both customer support and customer success, ensuring that clients achieve their goals while using their products. You’ll be interacting with C-Level executives, requiring quick thinking and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer support to their B2B clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, helping them maximize the value of their services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and implement solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are fully utilising their products.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Creating content and videos for social media

Experience:

  • Fluent in French is essential
  • Proven experience in customer support or customer success, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • A background in social media and video creation is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with C-Level executives.
  • Quick-thinking, proactive problem solver with a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
