Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Monday – Friday), Office based

Bluetownonline are in unique position having spent the last two years focusing heavily on software development. Established in 2014, we’re now looking to add a new team member with the view to propel the company’s client growth around our subscription-based model, which integrates multiple business operations from online advertising, a HR module, Video Meet-Ups as well as accessing online recruitment advertising services from the UK’s leading sites.

As we continue our development within this period of investment, we’re looking for an enthusiastic people’s person to enjoys building rapport and maintaining excellent levels of service to join our team in Shoreditch.

In this brand-new role, you’ll oversee the onboarding, implementation and training process to ensure the smooth uptake and usage of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online demos to potential customers
  • Delivering online training around adhoc features of the system to customers who are already using our services
  • Be the point of contact for a set no. of accounts providing excellent levels of service and providing a solution-based approach to queries
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and work to individual targets
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of clients providing updated reports to ensure companies KPI’s are met
  • Providing management reports to give overviews of the success of each clients’ campaigns

Requirements:

  • Customer Success Experience
  • Experience conducting online meetings with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisation skills – knowledge of Hubpsot would be beneficial
  • Previous experience in a subscription-based model would be highly advantageous
  • A natural communicator and great listener  
  • Experience managing an active pipeline

Compensation:

  • Full-time position with a salary of up to £30,000 + £5k bonus
