We are partnering with a fast-growing global media production agency located in Central London. With well-known partners and clients across the world, our client is looking for a highly motivated German-Speaking Client Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on managing and growing existing client accounts while partnering closely with the team in Germany. You will play a key part in client engagement, strategic planning, and the execution of campaigns to enhance the product offerings and partnerships.This is a full time office based role located in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with and managing client relationships while building tailored campaign strategies
  • Understanding clients' needs and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assessing campaign performance and refining strategies to improve reach

About You:

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have strong experience in managing client relationships in a B2B environment, particularly within the creative, media production, marketing, or advertising industries. You should possess a strong acumen for driving campaigns and supporting the development of effective strategies.

Profile:

  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential for the role
  • Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Relationship or similar roles
  • A solid background in the Media, Marketing, PR, or Advertising industries
  • Proven ability to set campaign strategies and analyse data effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers and C-suite executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A strong team player attitude
