Job Role:

We are seeking a Junior Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record in generating revenue in a financial sales role, commercial acumen, and understand the economic landscape including financial products available to private investors.

As a Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating Cask whisky transactions while providing exceptional client service, holding yourself and the company to the highest level of credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Market our cask whisky investment opportunities to high-net-worth individuals through various marketing channels.

Deal Closure: Open and close deals independently, managing client portfolios throughout the investment lifecycle.

Lead Management: Handle inbound leads generated via social media advertising and PPC campaigns, adhering to current GDPR regulations.

Client Relationship Management: Manage a portion of our existing client portfolio, discussing market updates and identifying further investment opportunities.

Event Representation: Attend client meetings and whisky events, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Skills and Experience:

Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years' experience opening or closing deals over the phone, preferably within the whisky or wine industry.

Market Knowledge: Understanding of global financial markets; experience in alternative assets is advantageous but not essential.

Target Achievement: Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Client Management: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and closing deals.

Professional Presence: Ability to always present oneself professionally, particularly during client meetings and events.

Compensation:

Basic Wage of (Apply online only) per month

On Target Earnings (OTE) 3-6k per month ontop of basic

Compensation is performance-based, reflecting your success in opening/closing deals and managing client portfolios.
