Morgan McKinley are working with a multi-specialist law firm in South London who are looking to hire a proactive and confident BD & Marketing Executive to support their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape business development and client experience initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement BD plans with department heads to support fee earners.
- Provide BD training, mentoring, and guidance on networking and lead conversion.
- Drive client experience initiatives, including monitoring feedback and leading CX improvements.
- Assist with the adoption and use of a new CRM system.
- Support marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
About You:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in professional services (legal experience preferred).
- Analytical, with reporting and measurement expertise.
- Degree-qualified; CIM Diploma (or working towards) is a plus.
