Operations & Customer Service Administrator | Central London | Salary: 24,000 - 27,000 + Benefits

Reporting to: Head of Operations & Logistics
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Hybrid (minimum of two office days per week)

About the Role

Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a rapidly expanding and successful organisation who partner with fashion brands worldwide! As the Operations & Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations team across various functions, including data management, product launches, and customer service. You will ensure that all processes align with team KPIs and the business critical path.



Responsibilities for a Operations & Customer Service Administrator (but not limited to)

  • Data & Imagery Management: Collaborate with the team to receive, approve, and process product data and imagery promptly, ensuring smooth stock flow.

  • Shipping Support: Assist with issuing shipping labels and booking deliveries for brands.

  • Product Launch Checks: Conduct weekly checks to ensure timely and accurate product launches.

  • Customer Service: Respond to daily email enquiries from customers across various e-commerce channels, maintaining high resolution standards and a professional, empathetic approach.

  • Administrative Tasks: Execute daily administrative duties to facilitate efficient D2C e-commerce order fulfillment, keeping KPIs in focus.
