- Manage the day to day relationship with a variety of clients, build trust and grow client accounts in line with department targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social advertising strategies across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snap and Google.
- Create, manage, and optimize app focused paid social campaigns to maximize client's KPIs such as user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights, optimizations, and recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within client accounts, strategize and implement initiatives to drive account expansion and revenue growth.
- 2 or 3+ years experience in a Paid Social or Social Account Manager role
- Experience dealing with clients throughout campaigns
- Strong understanding of ad formats, targeting options and optimisation techniques for each platform
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data, using insights to guide data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Ads Manager & google analytics
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
