Job Title: Performance Client Manager (3-Month Contract)

Location: Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in London Bridge

Rate: £300 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 3 months

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Client Manager to join a dynamic team on a 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in the tech space and experience managing large tech clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the right-hand person to the Head of Performance, filling gaps and managing various processes across the client account.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution and communication.
  • Oversee campaign and process management across search, social, and display channels, with a focus on search and social (hands-on experience in these channels is essential).
  • Provide end-to-end campaign management, from activation to reporting, for a key tech client.
  • Support and guide junior team members, ensuring they meet their objectives and deliverables.
  • Handle detailed reporting and analysis on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Manage project boards to track team activities and progress.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure campaigns are running efficiently.
  • Work closely with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Microsoft platforms.

Key Requirements:

  • Google Analytics.
  • Strong client/account management.
  • Strong experience in the tech industry with a proven track record managing large tech clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of search and social campaigns, with a broad understanding of display.
  • Hands-on experience in activating and building digital campaigns.
  • Ability to provide campaign insights through detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong client relationships.
