Day rate: up to 850 (inside IR35)

Our client (an ambitious insurance firm) is building something exceptional from the ground up. As part of this exciting journey, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the stand-up of their Client Services & Operations function.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of client services and operations projects.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and develop detailed plans to guide execution.
  • Manage resources, both internally and across third-party vendors.
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Keep key stakeholders engaged and informed with regular, concise updates.
  • Ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget - every time.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering transformation projects in client services and operations
  • Experience working in an FCA regulated space
  • Experience working on a greenfield programme or building a function from scratch
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
  • Mastery of project management tools - especially MS Project.
