Our client is a leading clinically led Case Management and Expert Witness Services company based in Central London, who are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to join the team. They specialise in assessing and managing complex health and social care needs for clients who have experienced life-changing events. The clients mission is to comprehensively evaluate individual needs and coordinate optimal health and social care services, enabling clients to focus on their recovery while feeling safe and supported.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

As the Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective case management services. The responsibilities will include:

  • Clinical Leadership: Support the Managing Director and senior management team in maintaining high-quality clinical services, ensuring adherence to sector standards and internal clinical policies.
  • Case Management: Maintain a small caseload of clients with catastrophic injuries, providing personalised support and coordinating tailored rehabilitation plans to enhance their quality of life.
  • Team Development: Provide training, support, and supervision to case managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.
  • Strategic Contribution: Participate in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation, contributing insights and expertise to drive continuous improvement and growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with professional standards and Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements, upholding our commitment to uncompromised quality in all services.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week (part-time considered) and a competitive salary of up to £70,000. While based in the Central London office, you will also engage with clients across the surrounding home counties (Travel Paid)

Qualifications and Person Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: Approximately five years' case management experience within the medico-legal sector, specifically with clients who have sustained catastrophic injuries such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations, complex polytrauma, orthopaedic injuries, or children's birth-related injuries
  • Must be experienced with implementing & managing directly employed care packages in the community (Mandatory)
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in training, supporting, and supervising other case managers while maintaining client contact through a manageable caseload.
  • Strategic Insight: A proven track record of contributing to an organisation's strategic direction, with a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent record in producing substantial reports and a keen eye for detail.
  • Professional Dedication: A commitment to upholding sector-specific standards, professional ethics, and CQC requirements, with a desire to progress your career and support the Managing Director in delivering high-quality services.
  • Accessibility: Easy access to London, with the flexibility to engage with clients throughout the surrounding home counties.
