A leading quality homecare provider, supporting older people and vulnerable adults in their own homes are looking for a nurse qualified deputy manager to join one of their branches in the Camden area.

Your main duties and responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Clinical Registered Manager, support and coach our team of CareGivers.
Implement induction/training programmes and identify and provide for on-going training needs
Deliver care calls in emergencies or gaps in the rota and manage on-call telephone support 1 weekend a month.
Plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff
Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures and approved practice
To recruit, retain and effectively supervise the staff team
Qualifications:
Good and up-to-date knowledge and clinical skills in essential nurse care/delegated tasks including Urinary catheter Care, Bowel Stoma Care, Gastrostomy Care, Tracheostomy Care and Wound Care
The ability to adapt those skills and that knowledge to deliver training and support to Care Workers in the domiciliary/home care setting
Good understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores
Leadership experience of service provision in the care industry
Have experience in Complex/Clinical Care
Right to Work full-time in the UK
UK/ EU driving licence
Complex Care: 2 years (required)
