Bright Selection is delighted to be working with a High Quality and Expanding Care Provider in the appointment of Clinical Lead for their Good rated Home in North west London.
As the Clinical Lead at this beautiful nursing home, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to the residents. You will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, providing clinical guidance, and promoting best practices in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the nursing staff, ensuring they deliver compassionate and person-centred care to residents.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and care needs, updating care plans accordingly.
- Implement and monitor infection control protocols to safeguard residents' health and safety.
- Foster a positive and supportive working environment for all healthcare staff
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- RGN Qualified nurse with current NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in elderly care and nursing practices.
- Understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines governing nursing homes.
Salary & Contract:
- £25 per hour
- 42 hours per week
