Are you a motivated and experienced professional in the aesthetics or luxury wellness industry? We are looking for a dynamic Patient Coordinator to join our clients team!

Position Overview

As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their aesthetic journeys and ensuring they have an unparalleled experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and confidently explain options and post-treatment care.
  • Client Management: Manage inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with professionalism. Maintain detailed client records and ensure clients feel supported throughout their journey.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with clinicians and therapists to coordinate appointments and assist in promotional campaigns.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle incoming communications, manage the booking system, and maintain an organised reception area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator or in a similar role within an aesthetics or luxury wellness environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in salon or clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Passionate about the aesthetics and wellness industry.
