Position Overview
As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their aesthetic journeys and ensuring they have an unparalleled experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and confidently explain options and post-treatment care.
- Client Management: Manage inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with professionalism. Maintain detailed client records and ensure clients feel supported throughout their journey.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with clinicians and therapists to coordinate appointments and assist in promotional campaigns.
- Administrative Duties: Handle incoming communications, manage the booking system, and maintain an organised reception area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator or in a similar role within an aesthetics or luxury wellness environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in salon or clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
- Passionate about the aesthetics and wellness industry.
