A Government client are seeking a Salesforce Training Lead to develop a full training plan, user manuals and training materials and build up a group of system superusers across the organisation.

The system has been implemented and been in use for almost 2 years but the way that teams have been using it has been inconsistent. The organisation are therefore looking to deliver a more comprehensive training plan across the teams and work with them to improve the overall adoption of the system across the organisation.

The role is fully remote.

Requirements

  • Prepare a project plan for the design, development and delivery of the Iris capability project
  • Rapidly gain an understanding of our business processes to enable effective design and development of user manuals
  • Lead and co-ordinate the work of the Salesforce project super users through regular drum beat of 1-1s, meetings and design and build workshops
  • Advise on the design, layout and content development of Salesforce manuals ensuring consistency of approach and that they are fit for purpose

Experience

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CMS preferred but knowledge of case management systems in general is essential
  • Experience of developing user operating manuals and designing training materials in a variety of engaging formats
  • Experience of using a variety of modern training techniques to engage learners
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly
