We’re looking for energetic and experienced Supervisors to help us manage our staff on a variety of events. Events such as Comic-Con, Formula E, Bus Replacement Services, Football matches etc. If you have strong leadership skills, can inspire a team, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you!

We want to recruit two reliable supervisors who can successfully supervise and motivate staff and oversee event operations. Flexible working hours, 18 hours a week, essential to be able to work early starts and late finishes, will include weekends (on rotation).

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to our rail network client in delivering seamless event experiences.

  • Manage and coordinate staff activities in accordance to team plans, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.

  • Liaising across multi parties with management and be able to provide professional feedback about events managed.

  • Responding efficiently & professionally to any problems or last minute client requests.

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

  • Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

  • Be able to be on your feet for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Based in East London Typical start is in POPLAR.

  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.

  • Being able to handle early starts, late finishes and maintain a reliable and professional demeanour.
