- Extensive calendar management for large teams including MD & Partner level
- Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and calls
- Managing high volume of phone calls and emails and relaying information in a timely manner
- Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings, Zooms and VCs across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flight, accommodation and car bookings
- Implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to their team
- Expense management and preparation
- Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams in day-to-day issues, needs and queries
- Providing phone/holiday coverage for colleagues
- Experience of competing priorities
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Able to prioritise a variety of time-sensitive tasks
- Demonstrates dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
- Displays a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone and by e-mail to Senior Level Executives
- Comfortable working with people at all organisational levels, internally and externally
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
