Cloud Security Architect (DC to Azure Migration) - 4 to 6 months - Insurance

As a Cloud Security Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure cloud architectures for one of our insurance customers with a focus on migration of on-prem infrastructure (SQL/VMware) to Azure.

Must haves:

  • Datacentre migration to cloud experience (Azure)
  • Insurance or financial services background

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of secure cloud architectures.
  • Perform comprehensive cloud security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance gaps in our clients' infrastructure, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our client to understand their security requirements, assess their current cloud environment, and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Design and implement security controls and configurations in cloud environments to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and applications.
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of cloud security solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, guiding them in cloud security best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud security, including emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements, and integrate them into our service offerings.
