Location: Liverpool St, London

Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a skilled Desktop Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their stunning London offices. The ideal candidate would be a dedicated IT professional to manage and enhance the firm's system images, ensuring seamless operations across Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SCCM Management: Oversee application and system image deployments, configuration, and support.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve Windows OS issues to minimize disruption for technicians and users.
  • Citrix Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting to maintain high availability and performance.
  • Policy Management: Guide and document requirements for Group Policies, Azure/Entra, and Intune policies.
  • Global Support: Serve as the primary contact for technicians across Europe and Asia, ensuring effective communication.
  • Collaboration: Work with US counterparts to align on desktop infrastructure standards.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with technicians, service desk teams, and users.
  • Feedback Integration: Implement changes based on feedback to improve images and deployments.
  • Standards Maintenance: Ensure consistency and quality in desktop infrastructure standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SCCM and Windows OS troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Citrix environments.
  • Understanding of Group Policies, Azure/Entra, and Intune.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a multicultural environment.
  • Experience supporting users across Europe and Asia is a plus.

  • SCCM, Citrix, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune, PowerShell, ServiceNow.
