Desktop Infrastructure Engineer - SCCM, Citrix, Intune, Azure, 365, PowerShell
Our leading global law firm client are currently looking for a new Desktop Infrastructure Engineer (SCCM, Citrix, Intune, Azure, 365, PowerShell) to join their firm on a permanent basis. Our client are an ultra successful global law firm with state of the art offices in London.
This Desktop Infrastructure Engineer (SCCM, Citrix, Intune, Azure, 365, PowerShell) role will be responsible for the management and optimisation of SCCM deployments, maintenance of system images as well as troubleshooting imaging and windows OS.
To be considered for this Desktop Infrastructure Engineer (SCCM, Citrix, Intune, Azure, 365, PowerShell) role, it's ideal you have:
- Ideal law firm experience
- 5 + Years within Information Technology
- Technically proficient with SCCM
- Knowledge of Citrix, Azure, 365, Windows 10/11
Duties:
- SCCM Management: Oversee the deployments, configuration, and support of applications and system images using SCCM.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve Windows operating system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to technicians & users.
- Citrix Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for Citrix environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Policy Management: Understand and provide guidance with Group Policies, Azure/Entra, and Intune policies. Engineer should be able to collect the requirements and document the ask to get new policies created.
- Global Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technicians across Europe and Asia, addressing their technical needs and ensuring effective communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with US counterparts to maintain alignment on desktop infrastructure standards and processes.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with deskside technicians, service desk teams, users, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient support.
- Feedback Integration: Gather technician and user feedback and collaborate with US teams to implement necessary changes and improvements to the images and deployments.
- Standards Maintenance: Ensure that desktop infrastructure standards are maintained in line with US practices, promoting consistency and quality across regions.
