We are currently recruiting for a DevOps Engineer based in the Hampshire area.  You will collaborate closely with software engineering teams to help build systems and test automation infrastructure.  This role requires a strong background in software development and experience in a DevOps role, with excellent technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with development teams, driving timely project delivery and ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards.
  • Streamline software delivery processes via development and deployment of continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Maintain high levels of availability and reliability through monitoring and troubleshooting of production systems.
  • Implement and manage stringent security measures to safeguard systems and data.
  • Actively manage design, development, and code reviews to ensure high code quality, ensuring positive team collaboration.
  • Strive to continuously improve processes and tools by staying current on emerging DevOps trends and technologies.

Key Experience:

  • Practical use of AWS (VPC, Gateways, Lambas, Cloudwatch, Code build/pipeline)
  • Solid background in software development and experience of delivery in a complex environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advocate of security principles and best practices for cloud-based development.
