Identity Solutions Engineer (Entra ID / Azure AD / IAM)

Hybrid Working: 50% of time expected in the office.

DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global organisation who are looking for an Identity and Access Solutions Engineer / SME to join the team as they look to build out a new platform based on Azure AD / Entra ID which will be replacing manual systems access services.

The successful candidate will take the lead on the implementation of the new Entra ID system. All the designs have been completed and this role will be require to execute and implement IDAM solutions and Identity protocols such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect etc within Entra ID.

Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Identity across all solutions driving internal cloud first principles.
- Design and Implement policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), Privileged Identity (and Access) Management, Conditional Access policies, SSO and SAML integrations, SCIM, Logic Apps, HR provisioning via JML workflows.
- Establish and enforce robust authentication and authorisation mechanisms.
- Create and update policy and controls documentation.

Required Skills / Experience:
- Proficient in configuring and managing Azure AD/Entra ID services including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Azure AD Connect, implementing Azure AD Join, Hybrid Join, Single Sign-On (SSO), and onboarding applications via App/Enterprise registration.
- Skilled in designing and integrating Azure AD/Entra ID solutions, including Hybrid Flow integration and managing password policies and session management.
- Expert in SAML, OAuth, OIDC protocols, and integrating these with Azure AD for secure authentication and authorization.
- Led the development of IAM strategies, blueprints, and business cases, translating them into detailed designs and engineered solutions.
