Our client, a prestigious firm in the SaaS sector, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer with 2-3 years+ at the 3rd Line level to join their innovative IT team. Requirements:
Person Specification: Personable, Confident, Someone that can take the initiative, Honest and Willing to learn.
Skills set:
- Windows 10 OSs (macOS, Linux Desirable)
- Strong administration skills around Office 365 suite.
- Skills with Windows Server technologies, including Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMware.
- Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft O365 platform services.
- Windows PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of networking, connectivity, VPN technologies, and firewalls.
- Hands-on knowledge across the range of procedures used with IT hardware and software.
- Microsoft Intune or other MDM tools.
- MS DPM, Azure backups, and other backup solutions.
- Ticketing solutions / Incident Resolution.
- Demonstrable documentation skills (reports, policies, procedures, workflows).
Desirable qualifications: ITIL v4, MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, Prince2/Agile, and ISO 27001 knowledge.
