SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer

DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global organisation who are looking for a SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will initially serve as a key resource as part of a global programme to migrate to S/4 HANA Public Cloud for finance.

Role Overview:
The role will support the business in coding the SAC platform in collaboration with their System integrator. The role will play a critical role in the successful implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the organisation. The ideal individual will possess strong SAC coding knowledge, collaborative skills, analytical and design skills with a deep understanding of finance best practises, as well as a many years' experience and understanding of the SAP ERP Finance solutions and the impact on business processes.

Responsibilities:

SAC Planning and Development:
- Design, develop (code), and maintain SAC planning models, input forms, and stories.
- Write and optimize data actions to automate and streamline planning processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in SAC models and reports.
- Manage integration connections.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

Analyse business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Serve as a technical advisor and partner to business users, providing insights and recommendations based on SAC capabilities.

Required Skills / Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development, with a focus on SAC Planning.
- Proven experience supporting FP&A forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
- Working across and collaborating with multiple teams and work steams to include leadership stakeholders
- Use to take initiative and drive activities to completion
- Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud (desirable)
- Experience with other SAP tools and technologies (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA).
