Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure IaC DevOps) London / WFH to £115k

Do you have expertise with Azure? As a Senior Cloud Engineer you will set up and establish the Azure Cloud based infrastructure across DevOps, Platform Engineering and IaC, implementing repeatable patterns and standardising processes and frameworks. You'll collaborate with the CTO to build the architecture and IaC using Bicep. You will contribute to technical discussions and decision making and in time progress to a leadership role as you build a team around you.

There's a DevSecOps environment, you'll ensure the effective use of CI/CD pipelines, observability, automation and security throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross functional Agile teams.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work from home policy with 2-3 days a week in the London office, where you can enjoy a sociable team environment.

About you:

  • You have expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud based services
  • You have experience of designing scalable and fault tolerant Infrastructure as Code for microservices
  • You have a good understanding of DevOps culture, Platform as a Service (PaaS) and serverless architectures
  • You have experience of building CI/CD pipelines
  • You have excellent communication skills, confident in technical discussions and mentoring others
  • You have a "product based" mindset with a focus on delivery
