Salary £75K - £100K per annum plus commission - hybrid working (Surrey / London offices)
We are working with a leading ESG consultancy specialising in energy and sustainability solutions, recognised for their work with high-profile clients across the UK and internationally. With increasing demand for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) consulting, they are seeking a dedicated Account Director to join their sales and business development team. This role supports their continued growth by delivering further solutions to existing private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
In this dynamic role, you will focus on selling ESG solutions to mid-market private equity clients, addressing their unique needs at every stage of the investment cycle. By collaborating with ESG consultants, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored ESG solutions, from due diligence through ongoing portfolio support. Your success will be measured by new project wins, client satisfaction, and the expansion of our footprint within each account.
We’re looking for a motivated individual with a strong commercial background in account management and new business development, ideally within the private equity sector. A successful candidate will bring a proven track record of revenue growth and relationship building, particularly with senior stakeholders such as Board Members and ESG specialists. An understanding of ESG / GRC principles is ideal, as is the ability to build and expand a network within the private equity sector.
