Assistant Client Relationship Manager - Commercial Office Space£35,000 + 10-15% bonus North LondonA fantastic opportunity for a proven self-starter with strong business acumen and exceptional relationship building skills to join a global Real Estate company, supporting the Centre Manager with clients across three sites in North London.You will play a pivotal part in business growth while ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients at all times, and any problems are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.The Role:
  • •       Enhance the entire customer journey – building and strengthen relationships•       Coordinate and organise customer engagement activities •       Promote and encourage site networking and event participation•       Identify opportunities to link customers and their businesses with one another•       Promote ‘refer a friend’ incentive
  • •       Ordering supplies for site events•       Manage supplementary recharging of ancillary services – meeting rooms, co-working etc.•       Manage relationships; encourage positive reviews and oversee complaints
  • •       Maintain the highest of professional standards•       Scheduling Contractors: Organise and coordinate schedules for contractors•       Daily review of cleaning and maintenance levels•       Oversee cleaning and maintenance operatives and contractors

Essential requirements:
