Adventus is looking for an Associate Director-University Partnership in the UK! This remote role reports directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in higher education, business development/strategic planning, or relationship management.Key responsibilities include:- Identifying, building, and maintaining university partnerships to support Adventus' strategic vision and growth.- Actively seeking new opportunities to enhance engagement and recruitment outcomes for existing partners.- Nurturing partnerships for client retention and satisfaction.- Establishing trusted advisor relationships with partners and prioritizing key relationships.- Leading agreement renewals and territory extensions.- Developing and owning the partnerships strategy for the designated region.- Supporting the VP Global Partnerships in strategy development and reporting.- Defining partnership plans to optimize synergy between partner institutions and sending regions/countries.Ready to make a significant impact?
